All Private Offices are fully locked for your privacy. The space also has several cameras throughout the common areas for extra safety.

Short Lease Terms
All of our Private Office leases start on a 6 month lease agreement at Emerald Kove or over at
Ko Kollective.
24/7 Access
If you're keen to start work early or finish late that's A! OK with us. All of our members have 24/7 access to both sites.
Utilities & The Kitchen Sink
All utilities are covered including WIFI, electricity, tea, coffee, water, toilet and common area cleaning is also included.
Boardroom Hire
Unlimited Baordroom and Meeting Room hire is all included in your lease agreement at Emerald Kove and Ko Kollective.
